Description

The Evolution Racewerks High Flow Catted Downpipes are engineered to enhance the performance of the BMW M550ix N63 (G Chassis). By replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a high-flow 200-cell metallic unit, these downpipes unlock higher maximum horsepower and a more potent torque curve that hits faster and lasts longer. This upgrade also contributes to improved throttle response and quicker turbo spool-up times. Constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel, these downpipes feature mandrel-bent 3-inch piping for optimal exhaust flow and are 100% TIG welded for superior quality. The turbocharger V-band flange is precision CNC-machined from billet stainless steel to match the factory specification. These downpipes are designed as a 100% bolt-on installation and are compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems, retaining the factory donut-style gasket. CAUTION: This product is intended for OFF-ROAD COMPETITION USE ONLY and is not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles on public roads or highways. It is for sale for all 49 states EXCLUDING CALIFORNIA. Installation and use on licensed vehicles in California are prohibited. A Vehicle Compliance Waiver is required for purchase and use. They replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter, which is a major bottleneck, with a high-flow metallic 200-cell core. This upgrade allows your engine to breathe easier, resulting in immediate gains in horsepower and torque, improved throttle response, and quicker turbo spool-up.

Constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel with mandrel-bent piping, these downpipes ensure smooth exhaust flow and durability. They feature a replicated factory turbocharger turbine housing's 3.5” V-Band flange using CNC-machined billet stainless steel and retain the original O2 sensor position for a straightforward bolt-on installation. Available in a brushed finish, mirror polish, or a high-temperature black thermal coating.
