High-Flow Cone Filter with Polished Aluminum Intake Tube

The Cobb SF Intake System for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX and 2008-2021 WRX STI is engineered to replace the restrictive factory intake assembly. It utilizes a high-flow cone filter with increased surface area compared to the OEM panel filter, and a smooth, polished aluminum intake tube that provides a straighter path to the turbocharger inlet. The MAF sensor is retained and positioned within the SF intake tube to ensure accurate air mass measurement. These maps account for the improved airflow, the new MAF sensor position, and altered intake air temperature behavior. Installing the SF intake and the corresponding Accessport map creates a validated system that maximizes the improvements in throttle response and power delivery.
