High-Flow Direct Injection Fuel Pump

The Xtreme-DI (XDI) High Flow Direct Injection Fuel Pump is engineered to increase the horsepower potential of K20C1-powered vehicles like the Honda Civic Type-R, Acura Integra Type S, and other FK8/FL5 models without the added complexity of port injection. This allows for a purely direct injection system. Constructed with durable stainless steel and hard-coated aluminum, this fuel pump offers a maximum rail pressure of 250BAR / 3600PSI, which is a +20% increase over OEM specifications. It is compatible with all known fuels and ethanol blends and features a Bosch Compact 2-pin electric connector. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with a bolt-on application that typically takes around 20 minutes. The pump is capable of supporting over 480whp with stock fuel injectors, and when paired with Hondata injectors, it can support up to 650whp using direct injection only. This upgrade not only enables higher horsepower levels but also ensures safe operation with acceptable air-fuel ratios. Setup and configuration are simplified through Hondata FlashPro, which includes built-in calibrations for this pump on the Civic Type-R. The pump is specifically designed for the 10th Gen Honda Civic Type-R, 11th Gen Honda Civic Type-R, and the 5th Gen Acura Integra Type S.
