The Mountune high-flow fuel injector upgrade is a direct-fit component set designed to enhance the fuel delivery of 2.0L and 2.3L Ford EcoBoost engines, specifically for 2013-2018 Focus ST and 2016-2018 Focus RS models. Developed in collaboration with Xtreme-DI, these injectors offer a 50% increase in flow rate over stock components, providing linear flow and stable idle characteristics comparable to OEM operation. Each set is rigorously tested on a proprietary test bench to ensure idle stability and consistent high-pressure performance, with flow matching within 1%. The injectors are compatible with both gasoline and ethanol-based fuels, supporting power targets of 525+ hp on E85 and 650+ hp on gasoline, provided the vehicle has sufficient octane. Installation requires an upgraded high-pressure fuel pump for proper function. This upgrade does not include ECU calibration or tuning; users will require a Cobb Accessport or Syvecs ECU and a professional engine tuner to complete the installation. These components are intended for off-highway use only.
