High-Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump

The AEM 50-1200 is a high-flow, in-tank fuel pump engineered for the demanding needs of high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its robust internal construction is specifically designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, making it compatible with ethanol fuels up to E100 and methanol fuels up to M100, as well as all types of gasoline. This pump features a compact 39mm diameter, allowing it to fit most applications, and an offset inlet design to simplify installation. Each unit is individually tested to ensure it flows a nominal 340 liters per hour (LPH) at 40 PSI. The pump includes essential components such as a pre-filter, internal fuel hose, clamps, an end cap, and a rubber buffer sleeve to facilitate installation. It's important to note that the included universal pre-filter may not fit all vehicle applications, and users should consult OEM recommendations for filter replacement. Additionally, the higher current draw of this high-flow pump may require upgraded factory fuel pump wiring. AEM does not endorse or approve modifications to the fuel tank to install this pump.
