High-Flow Intake Hardpipe

The Forge Motorsport FMHFIP1 High Flow Intake Hardpipe is engineered to replace the restrictive OEM plastic intake pipe and integrated resonator found on B38 and B48 turbocharged MINI models. Constructed from a single-piece, mandrel-bent aluminum tube with CNC-machined outlets and couplers, this hand TIG-welded assembly offers superior durability over the factory plastic. Its smooth, uninterrupted internal airflow path eliminates the disruptions caused by the stock components, resulting in improved airflow efficiency, sharper turbo response, and enhanced induction acoustics. The FMHFIP1 retains compatibility with all original equipment including vacuum take-off points and factory mounting locations, ensuring a true plug-and-play fitment without the need for cutting or modification. It can be used with either the factory MINI airbox or a Forge Motorsport induction system. The pipework is carefully contoured to fit the confined space within the MINI F5X platform. Important compatibility notes: This product is designed for earlier B38 and B48 MINI turbo layouts. It does NOT fit 306hp JCW models, GP3 models, or later LCI2 306hp variants, as these vehicles feature a revised intake and turbo configuration.
