High-Flow Intercooler Pipe Kit

The WCFab High-Flow Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to enhance airflow between the turbo and engine for the 2011-2016 LML Duramax, leading to improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. This kit includes a 3-inch High Flow Upper Intercooler Cross Over Pipe, which offers an 18% increase in airflow compared to the stock component. The 3.5-inch Passenger (Cold) Side Intercooler Pipe provides a significant 23% gain in airflow over the OEM part, replacing the factory plastic pipe with a durable 14-gauge aluminum construction. Additionally, a 3-inch Driver (Hot) Side Intercooler Pipe is included. Upgraded silicone boots are utilized to withstand higher boost pressures, increasing reliability and preventing blown boots and boost leaks. The kit incorporates a threaded bung for the OEM Intake Temperature Sensor and includes a billet turbo resonator plate for the OEM intake horn, connecting to the factory throttle valve and grid heater. The kit is finished in a custom powder coat for durability. FITMENT NOTE: The Upper Crossover Pipe included in this kit is for use with the OEM / Stock Y-Bridge ONLY.
