High-Flow Manifolds and Up-Pipes Kit GM 2007.5-2010 Y-Pipe LMM

PPE High-Flow Manifolds are made from hi-sil moly cast iron. The PPE Up-Pipe bellows are internally-sleeved, made from aircraft-grade 304 stainless steel, and designed with an increased inner diameter for higher flow (11-gauge, 0.120-inch wall thickness, 2-inch OD). The system maximizes power and flow, lowers EGTs, and accelerates turbo spool-up while increasing power, fuel economy, and reliability. Ceramic coating (silver or black) is optional for enhanced thermal barrier properties, reduced thermal cycles, lower surface temperatures, and corrosion protection. Kit includes: Two PPE Manifolds, Two PPE Up-Pipes, PPE Down Pipe Support Bracket, PPE 301 Stainless Steel Manifold Gaskets, PPE Up-Pipe Gaskets. Features built-in, pre-drilled, and tapped 1/8” NPT EGT gauge bosses. Works with EGR and all emissions intact. 50 States Emissions Legal (E.O. D-701-34). Note: 2007.5-2010 LMM trucks require a modified coolant tube on the driver's side.
