The RV6 Performance V3 HFPCs Kit is a set of high-flow precatalytic converters designed for J-series engines. Constructed from precision-casted 304 stainless steel, these precats ensure turbulence-free flow and offer exceptional strength. The castings are a minimum of 5mm thick, providing confidence in their durability under demanding conditions. The kit includes two high-temperature 300-cell catalytic converters and is TIG welded.

The RV6 GEN 2 V3 HFPCs Kit is engineered to eliminate a potential bottleneck in the exhaust system for 2nd Generation J-series engines, while also being capable of handling high heat. The entire system, including tubing, flanges, and cast transitions, is crafted from 304 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance and durability. These components are precisely designed using 3D CAD and CMM, ensuring optimal fitment and performance. The HFPCs feature precision-casted 304 stainless steel transitions that are no thinner than 5mm at their thinnest point, providing robust construction that RV6 is confident can withstand significant stress without cracking. The system utilizes 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converters and is professionally TIG welded for maximum strength and aesthetic appeal. Provisions for O2 sensors are included. * 2007-2009 Acura MDX (3.7L) * 2005-2008 Acura RL (3.5L) * 2004-2008 Acura TL (3.2L) * 2004-2007 Honda Accord (3.0L) * 2005-2008 Honda Pilot (3.5L) * 2006-2008 Honda Ridgeline (3.5L) Included in the kit are two Honda gaskets, six M10-1.25 X 42mm studs, six M10-1.25 flanged lock nuts, one M8-1.25 X 12mm flange bolt, two 2.25" precat to J-pipe gaskets, and antiseize compound. RV6 provides a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding; however, there is no warranty on the catalytic converters themselves.
