Constructed with precision-casted 304 stainless steel flanges and 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converters, these components are TIG welded for durability. The kit includes all necessary gaskets, studs, nuts, and bolts for installation.

The RV6 Performance GEN2 V3 HFPCs are a high-flow catalytic converter kit engineered for the 2008-2012 Honda Accord V6. These units were designed using 3D CAD and CMM technology, featuring precision-casted 304 stainless steel flange sections that transition to the pipe or high-flow cat. This design ensures optimum turbulence-free flow without compromising strength, with castings measuring at least 5mm thick to prevent cracking under stress. Constructed with 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converters and TIG welded for superior durability, the HFPCs are designed to handle demanding conditions. The kit includes two Honda gaskets (18115-RCA-A01), six M10-1.25 x 42mm studs, six M10-1.25 flanged lock nuts, one M8-1.25 x 12mm flange bolt, two 2.25" precat to J-pipe gaskets, and one tube of antiseize. RV6 Performance offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding; however, there is no warranty on the catalytic converters themselves. It is important to note that these HFPCs are designated for Off-Road Use Only and are not CARB approved. The product is typically shipped within 2-3 business days.
