Description

The K&N Air Filter KA-5096 is a premium replacement air filter engineered to deliver unrestricted airflow while maintaining critical filtration for engine longevity. Developed from K&N's motocross racing heritage, this filter utilizes a unique cotton gauze media. Constructed from four to six layers of cotton gauze sandwiched between two sheets of aluminum wire mesh, the media is pleated and oiled to maximize its filtering capabilities and performance. This design allows for dramatically more air to enter the engine, leading to enhanced horsepower and acceleration, all while safeguarding the engine from dirt and dust. The K&N Air Filter KA-5096 is washable and reusable, intended to last for the lifetime of a motorcycle engine. Its construction is focused on achieving maximum horsepower and improved acceleration.
