The Paprika vinyl wrap is an advanced polymeric multilayered film that provides a high-gloss metallic finish for automotive exterior surfaces. Technically, the film measures 0.14 mm in thickness and includes silver coating with built-in air-release channels to simplify application. To achieve a consistent metallic flake appearance, the film is directional and all panels must be oriented in the same direction during installation. Proper installation requires professional-grade tools, including a heat gun and squeegee, with post-heating recommended at 100°C for flat surfaces and 120°C for curves and overlaps. Installation should be conducted in temperatures between +17°C and +23°C. The product requires a 24-hour cure time at temperatures above 15°C, though 48 hours is recommended for optimal adhesive activation. Aftercare must be limited to pH-neutral products to maintain the gloss surface; strong solvents or hot waxes should be avoided to prevent damage.
