The QA1 SN16-1224-W is a set of rod end misalignment spacers designed to allow for more misalignment. These spacers continue the spherical diameter of the ball, enabling the edge of the Heim joint's ball to rotate into the body. This design provides a greater misalignment angle, which increases linkage travel.
