High-Output Fuel Pump Kit

The CTS Turbo TSI Auxiliary Low Pressure Fuel System is engineered for TSI engines requiring enhanced low-pressure fuel delivery, particularly for builds exceeding 600HP. This system utilizes a secondary, high-output in-tank fuel pump that integrates seamlessly with a load-based fuel pump controller. This intelligent controller ensures the pump only activates when the engine demands additional fuel, optimizing performance and efficiency. The comprehensive kit includes all necessary components for installation: a high-output in-tank fuel pump, the CTS load-based fuel pump control system complete with all electrical wiring and connectors, a CTS high-pressure fuel line, CTS proprietary fuel fittings, and detailed installation instructions. This system is specifically designed for MK5 and MK6 Volkswagen models equipped with the EA113 or EA888.1 engine, covering model years 2008-2014. It is also noted to fit various other Volkswagen models including the Beetle (2012-2019), CC (2009-2017), EOS (2007-2015), Golf/GTI Mk5 (2006-2009 GTI 2.0T TSI 2008.5+), Golf/GTI Mk6 (2010-2014 GTI 2.0T), Mk5 (2006-2010) GLI 2.0T TSI (08.5+), Mk6 (2011-2014) GLI 2.0T (12-13), and Passat B6 (2006-2010) 2.0T.
