The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger Complete Kit, model 1JK214-SCI-B, is engineered to significantly boost the performance of 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models equipped with the 3.6L engine. This comprehensive system includes ProCharger’s P-1SC-1 self-contained, gear-driven centrifugal supercharger head unit, featuring advanced technology, exclusive billet impellers, and a rigid billet gearcase. The kit also incorporates a high-capacity, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler with a durable bar and plate design to effectively reduce intake air temperatures and prevent power-robbing detonation. Installation is facilitated by an included OBDII flash programmer with a ProCharger calibration, though the system requires 91 octane or higher fuel. Technical notes specify that only the blower head unit is black; the mounting brackets are not black. ProCharger states they are not responsible for boost levels or the quality of tune on modified applications. Due to OEM computer variability and the prevalence of custom modifications, dyno tuning may be required. Kits are built to order and have a lead time of 10 to 14 business days. Professional installation is recommended, and the approximate installation time is one day. This kit is specifically designed for the 2012-2018 3.6L Jeep Wrangler JK models, including Rubicon and non-Rubicon variants, in both 2-door and 4-door configurations. All engine and exhaust modifications must be noted at the time of order.
