The ProCharger High Output Intercooled System is a performance-focused power adder designed for 2007-2013 GM trucks and 2007-2014 SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines. It features the patented, self-contained P-1SC-1 centrifugal supercharger head unit, which utilizes an internal lubrication design that eliminates the need for external oil feed or return lines. The kit provides a comprehensive solution for stock vehicles, including a front-mounted air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets, fuel system upgrades, and a handheld tuning device with calibration. The system utilizes a 2-core intercooler for 4.8L and 5.3L models or a 3-core intercooler for 6.0L and 6.2L configurations to manage air intake temperatures and prevent detonation. Installation requires mechanical expertise; professional installation is recommended. Note that complete systems require 91 octane fuel or higher. Due to variability among OEM computers and individual vehicle modifications, dyno tuning may be required. Be aware that kits are built to order with a 10 to 14 business day lead time. All engine and exhaust modifications must be noted at the time of order. This product is not legal for sale or use in California. As with any forced induction upgrade, ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or the quality of the tune on modified applications.
