The ProCharger High Output Intercooled System is a complete forced induction solution engineered for 1988-1995 GM trucks and SUVs with the 5.7L TBI engine. It utilizes a self-contained P-1SC supercharger head unit, which eliminates the need for external oil lines and simplifies the installation process. The kit includes a highly effective air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting hardware, a fuel system upgrade consisting of an FMU and fuel pump, a ProFlo anti-surge bypass valve, and all necessary tubing. It is intended for closed-course racing competition use only and is not legal for street or highway vehicle use. A signed vehicle compliance waiver is required for purchase, and the system is not compatible with street-legal emission requirements under the Federal Clean Air Act. Installation requires basic mechanical knowledge to integrate the supercharger, intercooler, and supporting fuel components. The kit comes standard with a 2-core intercooler, though a 3-core upgrade is available for specialized needs. ProCharger provides a 3-year warranty on the intercooler and a 1-year warranty on the supercharger head unit.
