High Output Intercooler Pump - Stage 1

The ZZP High Output Intercooler Pump - Stage 1 is engineered as a direct replacement and performance upgrade for factory Bosch intercooler pumps. Based on the popular Bosch design, this ZZP pump provides improved flow rates of 35 liters per minute at 12v (50w) and up to 38 liters per minute at 14.4v (85w max draw). It operates at a maximum continuous voltage of 14.4v and can handle fluid temperatures up to 190°F. The pump features 3/4" inlet and outlet ports, ensuring compatibility with many existing setups. This pump is designed to work in any application that uses a Bosch pump and comes with a 2-year replacement warranty. Installation is straightforward, using the same EV1 power connector as the original pump. For applications requiring additional support, a generic mounting bracket is available separately. ZZP also recommends a pump plug for installations in applications other than LSJ-powered Cobalt or Ion Redline models, which can be purchased separately. Important compatibility notes: This pump DOES NOT work on ATS-V and CTS-V Sport models with the LF3 or LF4 engines, as those utilize PWM pumps. For those specific applications, a dedicated stock replacement is available. When installing this pump into applications not listed as compatible with the specific Bosch replacement, it is highly recommended to utilize a pump plug to ensure proper function and longevity.
