High Output Intercooler Pump - Stage 1

The ZZP High Output Intercooler Pump - Stage 1 is engineered as a direct replacement and upgrade to your existing Bosch intercooler pump. Based on the popular Bosch design, this ZZP pump provides improved flow rates over the original equipment. It utilizes the same EV1 power connector for straightforward integration. Key specifications include a flow rate of 35 liters per minute at 12 volts and 50 watts. The maximum power draw is 85 watts at 14.4 volts, delivering 38 liters per minute. The pump is designed for a maximum continuous voltage of 14.4 volts and can handle fluid temperatures up to 190°F. It features 3/4" inlet and outlet connections. While it works in any application the Bosch pump does, specific fitment notes apply. ZZPerformance recommends obtaining a separate pump plug if installing this pump into any application other than an LSJ-powered Cobalt or Ion Redline. This pump is explicitly stated to NOT work on ATS-V and CTS-V Sport models with the LF3 or LF4 engines, which require a different stock replacement pump. Generic mounting brackets are also available separately.
