The CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator (SKU #7080) is engineered to provide superior cooling for BMW F2X 1/2-Series, F3X 3/4-Series, and i30 models with manual transmissions. Built on over 5 decades of CSF's manufacturing experience, this radiator is ideal for high horsepower builds and motorsports applications where enhanced cooling performance is critical. The core of this radiator features a 2-Row, 42mm design utilizing CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology. Unlike standard oval tubes, these B-tubes are seam-brazed, offering increased strength and approximately 15% greater heat transfer surface area for improved cooling efficiency and dual liquid laminar flow. Complementing the B-tubes are ultra-efficient, multi-louvered fins carefully aligned to maximize airflow and heat rejection, with specifications tested in a wind-tunnel lab. Installation is straightforward thanks to its "Drop-in Fit" design, which requires no modifications. It seamlessly accepts all attaching OEM components, including quick-connect hoses, the AC condenser, mounting brackets, and fan shroud. The radiator also includes CNC-machined brackets and fittings for durability and a precise fit, along with an all-aluminum race-style drain plug and a smooth satin finish. This radiator is compatible with various BMW models including the 228i, 320i, 328i, 335i, 428i, 435i, and i3. However, it is specifically designed for manual transmission vehicles and notes indicate that it is not for cars with the M Sport Package P337A (including specific 335i, 335i xDrive, 435i, and 435i xDrive models).
