High-Performance Air Filter

The BMC FB01075 is a high-flow, reusable air filter engineered to significantly outperform standard OEM paper filters. Unlike paper filters that restrict airflow and require frequent replacement, the BMC FB01075 utilizes a unique oiled multilayer cotton filtration material. This construction allows for a substantially higher volume of air to enter the engine with less pressure drop, while still providing superior filtration down to 7 microns, compared to the 10 microns typically filtered by paper elements. Constructed with a metallic mesh covered by oiled cotton and featuring a "Full Moulding" support frame, this filter maximizes filtering surface area due to its minimal rubber infringement. The oil provides an adhesive characteristic that captures impurities without hindering airflow, ensuring a continuous filtering process. Each stage of production, from design to manufacturing, is conducted in Italy using premium materials, with filtration tested to ISO 5011 standards, achieving 98.5% efficiency. This filter is designed as a direct replacement for specific Porsche 911 (992) models, including Carrera and Turbo variants from 2020-2024 and 992.2 models from 2025 onwards (excluding GTS and Turbo variants for 992.2). The filter is ecological and economical, as it can be washed and re-oiled, extending its lifespan to match that of the vehicle, thus reducing waste and long-term costs compared to disposable filters.
