The CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is engineered as a direct replacement for the 2022-2024 Subaru WRX with manual transmissions. This all-aluminum unit is designed to significantly enhance the cooling capabilities of the FA24F engine, which can exceed the limits of the factory cooling system during track use, spirited driving, or when tuning modifications are applied. Compared to the stock Subaru radiator, which features a plastic tank and a single-row, 27mm core, the CSF radiator boasts a more robust construction. It incorporates a 42mm, 2-row aluminum core that increases coolant capacity by over a gallon (3.8L). This larger core, combined with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology, which enhances heat transfer by approximately 15%, and 6.5mm tall ultra-efficient fins with a multi-louvered design, dramatically improves the radiator's ability to absorb and dissipate heat. The radiator's construction is entirely 100% TIG-welded aluminum, providing superior strength and durability compared to the OEM's crimp-on gasket design. This makes it well-suited for high-horsepower builds and hard driving conditions. Each radiator is individually leak and pressure tested to ensure quality. This high-performance radiator is particularly beneficial when converting to a front-mount intercooler, as it helps compensate for reduced airflow and increased temperatures passing through the intercooler.
