The BBR Motorsports 411-HCF-1503 is a high-performance camshaft designed for the Honda CRF150F and CRF230F. It offers higher lift and duration than stock, providing a more aggressive, race-style powerband. This camshaft is an exclusive BBR product.

Installation requires BBR Heavy Duty Valve Springs to prevent valve float and potential engine damage. Other piston or valve combinations may require manual clearance checks. This camshaft is only compatible with the 2003-2005 CRF150F and the 2003-2017 CRF230F models; it does not fit the 2006-2017 CRF150F.

The BBR Motorsports 411-HCF-1503 is an exclusive, high-performance camshaft engineered to enhance the power delivery of your Honda CRF150F or CRF230F. This camshaft features higher lift and duration compared to stock specifications, resulting in a more aggressive, race-style powerband. It is designed to add 1+ horsepower to a fully modified engine, making it a significant upgrade for performance-oriented riders. Despite its performance enhancements, the bike is noted to maintain easy starting and smooth idling. Crucially, the installation of this camshaft necessitates the use of BBR Heavy Duty Valve Springs to prevent valve float, which could lead to engine damage. For any other combination of parts, a manual valve-to-piston clearance check is required, typically involving the use of clay to measure clearance. Consult a qualified performance engine builder if you are unsure about this process. Fitment is specific: this camshaft is compatible ONLY with the 2003-2005 Honda CRF150F models and the 2003-2017 Honda CRF230F models. It will NOT fit the 2006-2017 CRF150F, as these models feature a different engine configuration.
