Developed in partnership with RK Autowerks, this system represents CSF's extensive experience with BMW air-to-water charge-air cooling technology, building upon their previous innovations for models like the S63 Charge Cooler and F9X M5/M6 Charge-Air Cooling System. Key features include a custom-designed CSF liquid-to-air intercooler core, verified by CFD analysis and testing for optimal performance. Each charge cooler boasts approximately a 100% increase in core volume compared to the OEM units. The design incorporates 1-piece seamless air inlet end tanks with integrated charge pipes, and the air outlet end tanks are equipped with dual 1/8 NPT ports for integrated E85/Methanol injection. The system also features OEM-style “Quick Connect” water connections and sensor ports. This complete set includes the left and right charge-air coolers along with all necessary installation hardware. Installation requires no modifications, and the product is finished with a professional “Crinkle Black” powder-coated finish. CSF offers a lifetime replacement program for this product.
