Constructed from aluminum with a 32mm core thickness, this cooler utilizes CSF's AC Condenser Technology with a 1-Row Super-High Pressure 16mm 9-Channel Microtube design for optimal oil flow and maximum surface area contact. It is engineered as a direct, drop-in fit, requiring no modifications for installation and is compatible with both OEM and CSF's high-performance front mount heat exchangers.

The CSF High-Performance transmission oil cooler (PN 8183) is engineered to combat transmission temperature issues, especially during high-stress driving like road racing or drag racing. It utilizes CSF's advanced AC condenser technology and a unique dual-core design, which offers a 130% increase in fluid capacity over OEM, holding 550ml compared to the stock 240ml. This increased volume, combined with stacked 32mm cores (44mm overall width) and a 9-channel microtube design, maximizes oil flow and surface area contact without impeding airflow to other cooling system components. This direct-fit transmission cooler is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing cooling system, including the OEM front mount heat exchanger or CSF's high-performance version (PN 8154), utilizing OEM rubber seals for optimal airflow. The installation is straightforward, requiring no modifications. The unit boasts a 2-year limited warranty and is recommended for vehicles with increased performance and/or transmission tuning. Fitment includes a wide range of BMW 3 Series, Z4 models, and the Toyota GR Supra. Specific compatible years and trims include various M240i, M340i, M440i, and Z4 M40i models from 2019 through 2025, as well as the 2020-2025 Toyota GR Supra.
