Description

The CTS Turbo High-Performance Heat Exchanger is specifically engineered to enhance the cooling capabilities of the B9 Audi RS5. Recognizing the limitations of the stock heat exchanger, especially with tuned engines, CTS Turbo developed this upgraded aluminum unit. This heat exchanger features a high-efficiency dual-pass core and a significantly larger volume compared to the OEM part. It is constructed from high-performance aluminum, hand-welded, and pressure tested to guarantee reliable performance. The design ensures it works seamlessly in conjunction with the OE heat exchanger. Installation requires minor modifications, specifically trimming of the plastic heat exchanger shroud or bracket. The unit is designed for the 2.9T V6 twin-turbo engine found in the B9 Audi RS5 Coupe and Sportback models from 2018-2025.
