The Bosch 0 580 464 200 is a high-performance, in-line electric fuel pump, recognized as the successor to the widely-used Bosch 044. It can provide 300 liters per hour (LPH) at free flow and maintains 200 LPH at 5 bar (72.5 psi), making it suitable for engines up to 685 brake horsepower (BHP) on gasoline. For E85 or other alcohol-based fuels, it can support approximately 550 BHP. Constructed with Bosch's state-of-the-art turbine pump technology, the 0 580 464 200 offers near-silent operation, improved drivability, and enhanced durability compared to older pump designs. The pump features an M18x1.5 inlet and an M10 x 1.0 outlet, with electrical connections for M6 positive and M5 negative terminals. It operates within a supply voltage range of 6 to 15 volts and draws a minimum of 12 Volts at 13 Amps. The maximum working pressure is 8 bar. While it can be installed within a fuel tank, this typically requires custom fabrication. Feeding this pump in series with another pump can further increase its output.
