The Burger Motorsports (BMS) high performance intercooler is designed for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo. It offers better cooling, more power, and sustained performance during extended runs. The intercooler features a dramatically larger core to reduce pressure drop and improve boost capacity, supporting up to 800whp. A 1/8" NPT bung is included for WMI or CPI systems.

The Burger Motorsports high performance intercooler for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo is engineered to deliver improved cooling efficiency and power output. Its significantly larger core and end tanks work together to reduce pressure drop, enhance boost capacity, and prevent heat soak during extended runs. This intercooler is capable of supporting up to 800whp and includes a 1/8" NPT bung, perfectly positioned for Water Methanol Injection (WMI) or Fuel-IT CPI systems. Constructed from aluminum, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the factory unit, simplifying installation. The core dimensions are 24"x11"x3.5". Power gains are estimated to average around 10whp, with potentially much higher gains during conditions where heat soak is a significant factor. An optional BMS stencil is available for custom logo painting.
