Overview

The Burger Motorsports BMS Stinger IC is a high-performance intercooler designed for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo models. It features a larger core and end tanks to provide better cooling and reduce pressure drop, improving boost capacity. This intercooler is sized for up to 800whp and includes a 1/8" NPT bung for WMI or CPI systems.

As a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory intercooler, it helps prevent heat soak during extended runs and offers an average power gain of around 10whp. The intercooler's dimensions are 24"x11"x3.5".

The Burger Motorsports High Performance Intercooler is engineered as a direct bolt-on factory replacement for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 equipped with the 3.3L Turbo engine. It boasts a high flow oversized design with larger end tanks and an expanded core, measuring 24"x11"x3.5", to significantly enhance cooling efficiency and minimize pressure drop. This improved thermal management allows the engine to sustain peak performance for longer durations by preventing heat soak. This intercooler is designed to support up to 800whp and includes a 1/8" NPT bung, perfectly positioned for the integration of Water-Methanol Injection (WMI) or Fuel-IT CPI systems. While actual power gains can vary based on boost levels and driving conditions, average gains of approximately 10whp have been observed, with more substantial increases possible in scenarios where heat soak is a critical factor. The unit replaces OE Kia Part No: 282703L210. Fitment is confirmed for the 2018-2023 KIA Stinger 3.3L Turbo and the 2018+ Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo. Installation instructions are available via a provided guide.
