The Burger Motorsports high-performance intercooler is designed for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo models. It features a dramatically larger core that reduces pressure drop, improving boost capacity and delivering better cooling. This intercooler is sized for up to 800whp and includes a 1/8" NPT bung for Water/Methanol Injection or Fuel-IT CPI systems.

The Burger Motorsports High Performance Intercooler is a direct replacement for the factory unit, engineered to provide superior cooling for your Kia Stinger or Genesis G70 equipped with the 3.3L Turbo engine. Its oversized, high-flow design with larger end tanks and core significantly reduces pressure drop, which in turn improves boost capacity and allows the engine to maintain power during extended runs by preventing heat soak. This intercooler is built to support up to 800whp and comes equipped with a conveniently placed 1/8" NPT bung, ideal for integrating Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) or Fuel-IT Continuous Pressurized Injection (CPI) systems. While power gains vary, expect an average increase of around 10whp, with potential for much higher gains in situations where heat soak is a significant factor. Key features include a high-flow oversized design, larger end tanks, a larger core size, and the ability to prevent heat soak. The intercooler is a direct bolt-on factory replacement, simplifying installation. It is specifically designed to fit the 2018-2023 Kia Stinger 3.3L Turbo and the 2018+ Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo models. An optional BMS stencil is available for custom painting of the logo.
