High-Performance Intercooler System

The CSF High-Performance Intercooler System, part number 8194, is engineered as a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the Audi C8 RS6 and RS7. It addresses heat soak by significantly lowering intake air temperatures (IATs), which is crucial for maintaining maximum performance, especially in high-performance and race conditions. Constructed with a Formula-1 performance grade core by PWR, this intercooler features a 2-row core design with 45 rolled tubes and inner fins. The end tanks are CNC machined from billet aluminum, offering superior strength and lighter weight compared to the cast aluminum end tanks found on some competing systems. These enhancements contribute to improved durability, particularly in high-boost applications. Compared to OEM units, the CSF intercooler boasts a dual-row core with more cooling tubes and fins, providing increased surface area for more effective heat exchange. This design leads to quicker recovery speeds between dyno pulls and more stable IATs, even as engine speed increases. Performance gains have been measured at +20 WHP / +18 WTQ with a stock tune and +10 WHP / +20 WTQ with a high-performance tune, as compared to OEM intercoolers with same-day dyno testing by VF Engineering. The system is sold as a set (Left & Right) and maintains OEM-style inlet/outlet connections for precise fitment with all OEM components. It is compatible with 2020+ Audi C8 RS6 and 2020+ Audi C8 RS7 models, replacing OEM part numbers 4K0 145 805 P (Left) and 4K0 145 806 B (Right).
