Description

The TorkTek High Performance Overflow Valve (OFV0xxHP) is engineered to resolve the common problem of low fuel pressure experienced by P7100 Cummins owners, especially at wide-open throttle (WOT). Many Cummins owners report fuel pressure dropping as low as 15 PSI during full-throttle runs, impacting performance. This valve addresses that by restricting the fuel flow back to the tank, ensuring consistent fuel pressure across the entire RPM range. This overflow valve is specifically designed for use with P7100 injection pumps and is recommended for those using aftermarket fuel systems such as Air Dog or FASS pumps, which can sometimes bypass too much fuel. The OFV0xxHP features a precise orifice size, identified as the third smallest in the product line, which is suitable for highly modified Cummins diesel engines. It is available in various horsepower ratings (40, 50, 60, and 70 HP for racing).
