Race Billet True Roller Extreme "Z" Chain Timing Set. Features a Billet Crankshaft Sprocket with Nine Keyways for +/- 8 Degrees Adjustability. Both Billet Steel Sprockets are Heat Treated for Durability. It includes a TRUE Roller 0.250" Roller Diameter "Z" Chain for reduced friction, offering approximately 33% overall increased strength over standard high-performance chains. The "Z" Chain features a press-fit center link design to increase load distribution with heat-treated and processed links for maximized ultimate breaking strength while remaining ductile for toughness and pre-stressed to increase fatigue life. Includes a Captured Needle Camshaft Sprocket Thrust Bearing to minimize block thrust surface friction. 3-Piece Sets are hand-matched to qualify for the correct center distance and minimize runout. This timing set is for GM LS1/LS6 and LS2 Engines that are non-VVT, with a three-bolt cam sprocket and no or one sensor hub.
