The Active Autowerke High Performance Software Tuning is engineered to enhance the performance of BMW B46/B48 engines found in models such as the 230i, 330i, 430i, and 530i. By meticulously remapping the factory DME tables, this software optimizes critical engine parameters including ignition timing, fuel delivery, and throttle response, leading to a noticeable improvement in power and responsiveness. This tuning software offers substantial performance gains, with Stage 2 delivering up to 48 whp and 94 ft-lbs of torque, while Stage 1 provides up to 32 whp and 24 ft-lbs of torque. It features recalibrated settings for smoother part-throttle transitions and enhanced power delivery through modified VANOS camshaft remapping. The software is designed to operate with gasoline meeting average octane ratings (91-93 octane options available) and ensures full emissions compliance. Available options include a cold start delete, a burble map for an enhanced exhaust note, tuner flag removal for discreet performance, and an OBD flashing option that includes Femto software and a cable for home installation. Active Autowerke also provides free technical support and assistance.
