High Performance Street 5.0 Disc Brake Pads

The Hawk Performance HB748B.723 HPS 5.0 Brake Pads are engineered to provide superior stopping power and pedal feel for street-legal vehicles. Utilizing a high-performance ferro-carbon compound, these pads offer a higher coefficient of friction than stock brake pads, resulting in a 20 to 40 percent increase in stopping power and improved resistance to brake fade. They offer consistent brake release characteristics for a refined braking feel and boast a low dust output with minimal fade under higher temperatures. The HPS 5.0 compound provides high friction and torque whether hot or cold and is gentle on rotors, all while maintaining very quiet operation. It is important to note that all Hawk Performance compounds are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. Additionally, for certain BMW 328i models from 2012-2014, these pads are not compatible with cars equipped with the M Sports Package (P337A) or M Sport Brakes (S2NHA). For some 2012 BMW 328i models, they are only compatible with cars that have the M Sports Package P337A and are not compatible with M Sport Brakes S2NHA.
