HIGH PERFORMANCE TIMING SET

High-Performance Timing Set featuring a QUICK ADJUST system for infinite valve timing adjustability of +/-6 degrees. It has a two-piece camshaft sprocket with 6 locking cap screws and includes an accessory adjustment tool. Both billet steel sprockets are heat-treated. It uses a TRUE Roller 0.250" diameter "Z" Chain for reduced friction, offering approximately 33% increased strength over standard high-performance chains. The "Z" Chain has a press-fit center link for increased load distribution, with heat-treated, processed, and pre-stressed links for maximized breaking strength, toughness, and fatigue life. Includes a captured needle camshaft sprocket thrust bearing to minimize block thrust surface friction. 3-piece sets are hand-matched for correct center distance and minimal runout.
