High Pressure Fuel Pump

The S&S Diesel Motorsport 10mm HS CP3 Conversion Kit is engineered as a direct replacement for the problematic Bosch CP4.2 high-pressure fuel pump found in the 2019-2020 Ram 2500/3500 pickups. The original CP4.2 is known for premature failure and the potential to contaminate the entire fuel system with metal debris. In contrast, the CP3 pump has a long-standing reputation for reliability and durability under extreme conditions, making it the preferred choice for enhancing the 6.7L Cummins engine. This kit features a brand-new Bosch CP3NH base pump, internally modified by S&S Diesel for improved durability, high-speed performance, and tuning-free rail pressure control. The high-speed optimized pump is designed to take advantage of the 1.5:1 overdrive ratio on the 6.7L Cummins front cover. It boasts a 10mm displacement and a flow rate of 560 liters per hour, with pump speed limits of 8,000 RPM (5,333 engine RPM). The conversion kit includes OE-quality components, such as an injection-molded ECU mount, OE-style quick-connect fittings, a braided supply line, and an autofrettaged high-pressure fuel line, ensuring a refined installation that integrates seamlessly with the engine's existing systems. The drive gear and pilot are pre-installed for convenience. This kit is explicitly for 2019-2020 Ram 2500 and 3500 Pickups and is NOT suggested for Cab & Chassis models.
