Overview

The Xtreme-DI XDI-EVO is a high-pressure fuel pump designed as a replacement for the Bosch OEM pump. The pump supports a maximum fuel pressure of 260 bar / 3600 psi, significantly higher than the OEM 150 bar / 2150 psi.

It supports a maximum fuel pressure of 260 bar (3600 psi), a substantial increase over the OEM's 150 bar (2150 psi). This robust pump is constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminum components. Operation of the XDI-EVO HPFP requires custom tuning; it cannot be run on a stock ECU calibration. A revision for the HPFP is included with the purchase if you already have tuning from Gearhead Tuning. The complete kit includes the HPFP itself, a base plate, necessary hardware, and an electric pigtail for installation.
