The Nostrum H086-1182 High Pressure Fuel Pump Kit is engineered to meet the increased fuel demands of high-performance vehicles. This kit utilizes a larger diameter piston to significantly boost fuel capacity, supporting up to 830 WHP on gasoline and 640 WHP on E85. The construction features stainless steel laser welding, ensuring robust durability and eliminating potential leak paths. Each pump is CFD optimized for efficiency and is flex fuel compatible. With a flow rate increase of 47% over stock and a maximum operating pressure of 240 bar (3480 psi), this pump is built for serious power. It requires tuning, with HP Tuners and SCT Tuner being the recommended tuning suites. The kit includes OEM fittings, necessary hardware, electrical connectors, and accessories for a simplified installation process. This high-pressure fuel pump kit is specifically designed for the 2020+ Ford Explorer (ST and Platinum trims) and the 2020+ Lincoln Aviator models.
