The 034Motorsport Assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump & Vacuum Pump Upgrade Kit addresses the limitations of the factory fuel system in Volkswagen and Audi EA888 Gen 3 engines, specifically the Audi MLB 2.0T B9 A4/A5/Q5 and Volkswagen Golf/Alltrack/Sportwagen 1.8T models. This kit provides essential components to support higher fueling demands required for ethanol blends, enhanced pump gas tunes, and turbocharger upgrades. The core of the upgrade is the 034Motorsport Assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump, which delivers a significant increase in fueling capacity, offering up to 68.6% more flow than stock 1.8T/2.0T MLB fuel pumps. This is achieved through a larger piston diameter (11.70mm) and increased stroke volume (322mm³), supporting fuel pressures over 240 bar (3,480psi). A key component of the kit is the included OEM MQB 2.0T Vacuum Pump Kit. This allows for a direct retrofit onto vehicles that have a vacuum pump incapable of accepting upgrades from higher-performing MQB 2.0T siblings.
