The Bosch 044 is a very popular racing fuel pump made by Bosch. This latest design flows 10% more volume than the previous model. It is capable of 300 LPH free flow and 200 LPH at 5 bar (72.5 psi), supporting up to 685 HP.

The Bosch 0580254044 is a high-performance, in-line electric fuel pump often used in demanding fuel system setups. This 12-volt pump is characterized by its robust construction and impressive flow rates, making it suitable for applications requiring significant fuel delivery. Key specifications include an M18 x 1.5 threaded female inlet and an M12 x 1.5 banjo stub outlet that incorporates a one-way valve. The pump can achieve a maximum flow rate of 378 liters per hour and a maximum pressure of 10.4 bar (approximately 150 PSI). At 3 bar (44 PSI), its flow rate is 318 liters per hour, and at 5 bar (73 PSI), it delivers 258 liters per hour. The pump measures 194mm in length and 60mm in diameter, with a weight of 1.03 Kgs. For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to always fit a fuel filter before the pump to prevent contamination. The pump operates within a voltage range of 8V to 18V, with a typical operating voltage of 13.8V and a minimum current draw of 13 Amps at 12 Volts. The pressure limiting valve operates between 10 to 12.5 bar.
