High Pressure Oil Pump

The mountune High-Pressure Oil Pump is specifically engineered for 2.0L and 2.3L Ford EcoBoost engines, particularly those used in high-performance and track applications. Starting with a new, genuine Ford oil pump, mountune technicians disassemble and inspect each component. The inner and outer rotor sets undergo WPC surface treatment to enhance their finish and efficiency. Each pump housing is then machined to accommodate an adjustable Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) assembly, and the housing components are blueprinted to ensure smooth oil flow. The technicians then assemble the pump and pre-shim the PRV to a recommended setting. It is factory set by mountune technicians to approximately 10% over stock pressure, a setting found to be ideal for most high-performance applications. Suggested uses include drag racing, track days, competition, or any build demanding a robust oiling system to prevent bearing damage and engine failure. The mountune High Pressure Oil Pump has been track and dyno tested and validated. It is compatible with the Focus ST (2013-2018), Focus RS (2016-2018), Mustang EcoBoost, and most other Ford 2.0L and 2.3L EcoBoost engines.
