The TransGo 62TE-HP-A High Pressure Tuneless™ Reprogramming Kit is an essential durability upgrade for 2007-on 62TE automatic transmissions, particularly beneficial for vehicles used in demanding, shift-intensive applications like delivery vans. This kit recalibrates the transmission's pressure curve to deliver increased clutch and TCC holding capacity, ensuring short, clean shifts across all throttle openings. It achieves this by increasing overall line pressure from a stock OEM range of 60-135 psi to TransGo's specified 75-169 psi, a 26% increase. It includes a variety of USA-made components, including a hardened steel PR valve and calibration spring, a drop-in torque converter limit valve system, a heavy-duty TCC solenoid retaining bracket, and a USA-made billet 2-4 accumulator with redesigned dual-sealing rings. High-temperature accumulator seals, an improved drill guide, a wider heavy-duty snap ring, a non-shrinking gasket, and a self-expanding Tuff™ underdrive seal are also part of the comprehensive package.
