Description

The WRS High Race Windscreen is engineered as a direct replacement for Yamaha R1 and R1M motorcycles, model years 2020 through 2024, intended for track applications. Crafted from premium PMMA plexiglass, this windscreen meets DOT626 approval standards and measures 2mm thick. It extends 4.5cm beyond the height of the stock windscreen, offering enhanced rider protection from wind blast. The material and construction are the same used for screens supplied to MotoGP and Superbike world championships. It effectively covers any minor imperfections on the front fairing to optimize aerodynamics at speed. The windscreen has been utilized by numerous teams in world championships, highlighting its effectiveness in maximizing air coverage during aggressive riding. Its design has been meticulously studied to integrate perfectly with the motorcycle's aesthetics, contributing to a more aggressive and appealing look. Installation notes specify that all screws should be tightened to 3Nm unless otherwise indicated. This windscreen is compatible with Yamaha R1 / M 2020-2024 (Track) models.
