This converter allows users to take advantage of horsepower gains from higher RPM ranges, leading to higher RPM launches, quicker reaction times, and lower elapsed times.

This allows drivers to capitalize on horsepower gains typically found in higher RPM ranges, resulting in faster launches, quicker reaction times, and improved elapsed times. Construction features include furnace-brazed fins, needle bearings, a hardened pre-ground pump hub, and is computer balanced. The front is constructed from billet/forged steel. The converter offers a 1500+ RPM increase in stall speed over stock, with expected stall speeds of 3000-3400 RPM for small blocks and 3400-3600 RPM for big blocks. It is compatible with rear gear ratios from 3.55 to 4.56. This converter is specifically designed for GM 4L80E transmissions from 1991 to 2006. It is crucial to note that a 4L60E torque converter will not fit a 4L80E transmission due to differences in input shafts, size, spline count, and bolt patterns. Installation hardware is included.
