The Powerhouse Racing High Side AC Line Kit provides a streamlined solution for installing a front-mount intercooler (FMIC) on the 2nd Gen Lexus GS300 (Aristo, chassis codes S160, S161). The factory high side AC lines can interfere with FMIC placement, presenting a significant installation challenge. This kit addresses that by incorporating a billet aluminum adapter for the condenser, repositioning the high side line to clear the way for aftermarket intercoolers. The process involves evacuating the AC system, unbolting the original lines, and then installing the new PHR kit. The kit features anodized black billet aluminum fittings for a sleek appearance. The included billet manifold block accommodates essential high side components and comes with a new sight glass and AC service valve. The stainless steel braided hoses utilize a PTFE liner, enhancing temperature range compatibility, chemical resistance, flexibility, and shock resistance. This kit is specifically engineered for the Lexus GS300 (Aristo) 2nd Gen, chassis codes S160 and S161. A new trinary valve can be reused or purchased separately. Compatible optional components include the A/C Trinary (High/Low) Switch for Lexus GS300, IS300 and the Air Conditioning Components Manifold.
