The RV6 High Temp Catted Downpipe is an automotive exhaust component designed for precise fitment and maximum flow. It was developed using Solidworks 3D modeling and Creaform 3D laser scanning for accurate measurements. The transition from the turbo to the tube and the tube to the front pipe were optimized using advanced flow analysis.

The RV6 High Temp Catted Downpipe is meticulously engineered for the Honda Civic Type-R and Acura Integra Type S, utilizing Solidworks 3D modeling and Creaform 3D laser scanning for precise measurements and optimal fitment. Advanced flow analysis guided the design of the transitions from the turbo to the tube and the tube to the front pipe, ensuring maximum flow characteristics. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this downpipe features precision cast transition sections and a 3.0-inch outlet, all fully TIG welded with argon back gassing for superior weld integrity. It incorporates a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter and retains all factory heat shield mounting points for a clean installation. The package includes three chromoly exhaust studs, three locking nuts, and a graphite gasket with a sealing ring to prevent blowouts. This downpipe is designed to fit the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8, the 2023+ Honda Civic Type R FL5, and the 2023+ Acura Integra Type S DE5. It is compatible with the stock turbo and most upgraded turbochargers. However, please note that this downpipe cannot ship to California due to emissions regulations. RV6 offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding of this downpipe. Please be aware that there is no warranty on the catalytic converter itself. Optional ceramic coating is available in silver or black, but these options are not kept in stock and will add 7-14 business days to the processing time.
