High Temp Catted Downpipe

The RV6 High Temp Catted Downpipe is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the 2021+ Acura TLX 2.0T, designed in parallel with the FK8 2017 Civic Type-R downpipe. Utilizing Solidworks 3D modeling and Creaform 3D laser scanning, RV6 ensures precise measurements and optimal fitment, retaining all factory heat shield mounting points. The transition sections from the turbo to the tube and to the front pipe are precision cast from 304 stainless steel, while the outlet measures 3.0". This downpipe features a high-flow, high-temperature resistant 300-cell metallic catalyst core developed in collaboration with a catalyst manufacturer to ensure longevity and performance. Construction includes fully TIG-welded joints with argon back-gassing for superior weld integrity. Hardware is included, such as three chromoly exhaust studs, three locking nuts, and a graphite gasket with a sealing ring to prevent blowouts. RV6 offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding, though the catalytic converters are not covered. Optional ceramic coating in silver or black is available for an additional charge, which will add 7-14 business days to the processing time. This downpipe is compatible with the 2021+ Acura TLX 2.0T, 2019+ Acura RDX, 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R, 2018-2022 Honda Accord 2.0T, 2024+ Acura Integra Type-S, and 2023+ Honda Civic Type R models.
