The PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System is an aftermarket air intake designed for the 2017–2025 Ford F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. It features dual 4-inch roto-molded intake runners with integrated bell-mouth filters for smooth and consistent airflow to each turbocharger.

The PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System is engineered to replace the restrictive factory intake on the 2017–2025 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, aiming to deliver the airflow your engine needs for enhanced performance. The system utilizes dual 4-inch roto-molded intake runners that feed directly into each turbocharger, complemented by high-flow cotton and steel mesh filters featuring bell-mouth inlets for optimal air entry. Construction includes a roto-molded HDPE airbox and intake tubes, 304 stainless aluminum sheet metal components, 5-layer reinforced silicone couplers, and 304 stainless steel clamps, all designed for durability and efficient airflow. The oversized airbox seals against the hood, providing a dedicated cold air source. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on with no cutting or trimming required. Dyno testing on a 2018 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 indicated gains of up to +22 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque at redline, with peak improvements of +5.5 horsepower and +3.86 lb-ft. When combined with the PRL Intercooler, power gains at redline increased to +50 horsepower and +40 lb-ft of torque. This intake system fits the 2017–2025 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost and also accommodates 2017-2025 Raptor models. It does NOT fit PowerBoost models. It is important to note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California on any emission-controlled motor vehicle, as it has not yet completed the CARB EO submission process.
