The PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System is an engine intake designed for 2022+ Honda Civic 1.5T and 2023+ Acura Integra 1.5T models. It features a 4-inch oiled cone filter and a one-piece High Volume MAF housing to maximize airflow. The system includes a HDPE rotomolded air box that integrates with the factory air guides.

The PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System (HVI) is engineered for 2022 and newer Honda Civic 1.5T and 2023 and newer Acura Integra 1.5T vehicles, including all variant models like Si, CVT, 6MT, RHD, and international versions. This intake system leverages the efficient air duct from the factory bumper/grille, retaining the factory air guides while enhancing airflow with its own injection-molded High Volume Inlet Duct that attaches securely to the air box. Constructed with a 4-inch oiled cone filter and a one-piece High Volume MAF housing, this system is designed to allow maximum airflow while ensuring proper fuel trims. The HDPE rotomolded air box seals against the factory rubber seal/guide for optimal airflow and reduced heat soak. It features custom-molded 4-ply silicone hose with receiving grooves and 304 stainless steel worm drive hose clamps for secure attachment and durability. The design allows for maintenance access to the air filter without removing the entire air box. Important notes for installation and use include that no ECU calibration is required, simplifying the installation process. The system is CARB Approved with EO D-878-1 for 2022-2023 model years, making it 50-state legal. However, it is explicitly stated that this product is NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN CALIFORNIA ON ANY EMISSION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLE. PRL Motorsports provides installation instructions and a patent number (D1034700) for this product.
